Discount Tire

Was at Highland location didn’t have the tires I wanted so I had the tech call oak lawn location for the tires they told the tech yes they have them drove a 1 1/2 on a doughnut to oak lawn to wait for 45 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have the tires and it’s nothing they can do about it so on a doughnut they try to send me to another store I asked wasn’t it anything else they can do cause I drove a hour plus there one of the managers looked at me in the eyes and laughed like it was a joke asked to speak to another manager heard him say yea I’m to busy for that I use to buy all my tires from Discount Tires I will not give y’all another red cent and suggest if u I tire trouble don’t go to this location

I have always had great customer service here! I was on my way to run errands (3:30pm) and my tire inflation system went off. I turned around and went to Discount Tire to check it out. Thankfully they were still open. I had 2 large nails in my tire. They close at 5:00pm yet still took me even though there were about 20 cars ahead of me. Estimated time was 8:15pm. Not only did they knock out all those cars before me but my tire was done by 5:30pm and no charge. Every person I talked to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable very nice group of guys. Needless to say the gentleman who fixed my tire received a generous tip. Thank you for saving the day!

If you have an appointment it's a long wait time average 3-4 hrs. If you dont have an appointment even for a simple thing as a flat tire, it's at least a 2 hr wait(that was my wait time for a flat repair who apt) I was told they book appointments every 15 mins. I would say they over book since no service takes 15 mins...maybe there is a reason for it, . I do have to say the young man that took care of me was very nice & professional. All in All I would say they do provide good service. 3 stars because of the wait time.

Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend Discount Tire for TPMS services and tire-related needs.

During tire rotation I got a call saying the lug is crossthread. Proceeded to say they re tapped the stud. Knowingly left this wheel hub stud like this and impacted it on and sent me on my way. Not right if I got a flat I probably would have to have it towed & I had to eat the cost of repair.
